As a web editor I want to enable a bilingual option for captions so that I can translate the caption in the correct language and add it in a different language version of a description so it's available every time we call the image

For the moment we need to upload every single pic twice (one with Language 1 caption + one with Language 2 caption) which is time and space consuming.
