Web editor I want to Be able to set the background image properties on all background images. Repeat, No repeat, Cover, Repeat X, Repeat Y. giving the ability to use both repeating background images and background images set to 'cover' on a page by page and block by block basis. Give the ability to control how bg images are used, so we can use repeating patterns to reduce the overal load time (in KB & MB) and reduce the processing load on smaller devices.
