IdeaPush: Hide default fields from the published idea

      The live version of an Idea does not look good with all the fields we have.

      Since we are anyway reviewing all ideas and populating the BODY of the post, the fields of the idea should be hidden from the front end, because now they look ugly, all grey and fluffy

      NOT URGENT - we can live with this for now
