As a Web editor I want to edit social share content per Page/Post, so that I can customise the share text, description and image for individual pushes or campaigns.

Currently Social and Search Optimisation is on the Take Action pages and posts only, but this new feature should be allowed for all Page/Post templates (i.e. Home page)
This does not mean that we will put Social Share buttons on all pages, rather if one were to share the page on Social Media the meta data for that page will be used.

Task:
Create new custom Social and Search Optimization in the WP Page Header fields; following https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpsso, for example.
