Youtube Video block: Expand functionality to include GP Media Library videos

      As an Editor, I want to be able to search and find a video (mp4) from the GPI Media Library and embed it in my Post.

      We should allow for GPI Media Library hosted videos to be displayed on P4, and not be limited to YouTube URLs, e.g.
      https://media.greenpeace.org/GPIDoc/GPI/Media/Video/WebHigh/f/d/0/f/GP0STS7M1.mp4

       

      Update: Breaking this request to two parts:

      a) Expand video block to handle GP Media Library videos

      b) Expand GP Media Library plugin with the ability to select a video and import into an article the block (JIRA Issue to be created as a follow up for this)
