As a web editor, I want to insert a thumbnail gallery onto the page so that I can display mutliple images at once.

We have the carousel, but we saw with the Antarctic Ambassadors there is a use case for JUST thumbnail images. This has not been designed.

wmorrisj if you think multiple images should always be in either a carousel or 3 column, please say so. It's just that Editors are trying to find ways to do the kind of grid gallery i'm talking about
