Tasks: Cursor as hand on hover

      on Desktop, the cursor changes from a pointer to a hand on hover for the entire block, but only the Button is clickable.

      For now, the cursor should transition to a hand for the Button only.

      We will look at this block further when(ever) we get a UX person on the team.
