Sitemap: Returns error if there are no evergreen pages

      On handbook, where there are no evergreen pages, the sitemap returns the following fatal error: 

       PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Return value of P4_Sitemap::get_evergreen_pages() must be of the type array, null returned in /var/www/html/public/wp-content/themes/planet4-master-theme/classes/class-p4-sitemap.php:117
