Layout issues on IE 11

      1. The 'international' dropdown is imposed over the logo. 2. Scrolling through the big open space images sometimes results in 'ghost text' from previous sections being rendered behind the text that is meant to be there.

      Andrada: I was not able to replicate, it looks fine for me on IE 11
