Comments: Do not count comments of the type "ping" for the title

Currently, at https://www.greenpeace.org/international/publication/15255/licence-to-krill-antarctic-krill-report/ it shows on the top (under the title) that it has 13 comments.

But if you scroll down, you see only four.

Initial investigation showed that the article has 13 entries as comments. 9 pings and 4 comments. We are showing only comments.

Fix: We should not count pings for the number we show under the title.
