Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new page and add a "Content 4 column" block
2. In the block edit page see that "Press Release" option is shown twice. See attachment "4column-1.png"

First option source shows it refers to the "Press" page type.

Expected result: I expect the block to show unique options corresponding to existing page types
