This will be a follow up of PLANET-1960 and PLANET-1961
We need to apply a 404 page that works with a generic image (not the polar bear), and remove the moving speech bubble (that works only with the polar bear) from the master theme, so that the default works everywhere. The image should be picked by the p4-settings.
