Not for current sprint

On posts (mobile screens ONLY), we need to decide whether:
a) we want to arbitrairly determine the position where the take action card will always appear (i.e.: after 2 <p>) or
b) we want to give webbies the power to determine that dynamically (i.e.: by embedding it anywhere in the post through a code snippet or something)
Again this is just for mobile. All the other screens sizes would have the card positioned on the top right corner.

Option b was the original design concept, and we (Design team) still stand by it. It seems it's already possible to add it as a shortcake block on its own, however there's a few issues we (devs) would have to address:

1) On L/XL, the take action card gets embedded in the middle of the content, pushing everything down as it floats.

2) Shortcake bg image is not appearing.

3) We need to make sure the dynamic height of the card (on mobile) will also work with shortcake
