I want to see an anchor link to the comments section
so I know there's a discussion happening around the Post topic.

As a User
I want to see an anchor link nested with the author/date info
so when I clicking on it I am taken directly to the  Comments block down the page.

As a User
I want to see the number of comments posted on this topic
so I can be compelled to join an active discussion.
