As a web editor I want to upload, remove, edit a picture from the WP media library so that I can reuse the images instead of uploading them every time.

WP now allows drag and drop from desktop to media library but probably want to make sure you have a good compresser too like EWWW Image Optimizer and make sure it can compress jpeg and png images and upload them on a CDN somewhere - EWWW does this
