Description of the issue: When an Author or an Editor wants to add a translation to a post, this is his/hers way of work: First, make the post in French. Then leave that post, go to the NL backend and make the blog post in Dutch. Then leave that post and get back to the FR backend, to modify the original French post. Because there, the Author/Editor has to connect the translation to the NL blog post. That is a huuuuuge waste of time. As an Admin, you can immediately translate a post, but an Author/Editor, those options are greyed out (see screenshots) and they have to do this entire journey. Can for the Author role it be activated? That would make their lives much easier.
