The blocks’ repo README has a section dedicated to creating blocks, which is a bit outdated now that we use WYSIWYG blocks. It also references the corresponding Gitbook page (also a bit outdated).

We should rewrite this part of the documentation and decide where to put it in order to avoid duplicates and keep the README simple. There is already an open PR that can be used as inspiration for the content!
