When I select  "Upload" option
Then a new window will open

Then the PDF embeds into the File block

And a Copy option is available 

And options to edit the link file are available

Given I add a block "File" from section "Most used"
When I select "Media Library" option
Then a new window opens
And two options are available: "Select Files" and "Upload from GPI Media Library"

Then a new window opens

And I can either search or look for the file I am interested into

And select the "Insert into WP media" option

Then the file gets imported into the "Media Library:
