We currently depend on certain dev tools to be installed on developers local machines (eg. npm, composer, php, etc).

Tasks

• Investigate the feasibility of installing them inside the container, as part of the "make dev" command.
• Create a make target to run them (eg. npm run build)
• Currently we are missing a command to run npm watch - we should add it
