Currently post deploy scripts are coming from two different places, and are running with this script

The following need to happen:

a) Make it so that all post-deploy scripts (nro and base ones) exist in the one directory during the merge step of the build job

b) From the build job, persist to workspace the merged source (probably as a different key)

c) In the deploy job refer to the persisted workspace

d) The above will eliminate the need to clone the base-fork repository again, so remove it

e) Use the merged folder as the single place to run post-deploy scripts from

The directory from which the common scripts are picked  up
