Settings: Take Action Covers default button text

As defined by the P4 Settings, currently the "Take Action Covers default button text" extends only to the Take Action Covers block. (i.e. [Act page| https://dev.p4.greenpeace.org/international/act/], Tag page, etc.)

Please extend the default button text which appears on Take Action cards to all instances where the Cards appear. This would include [Posts| https://dev.p4.greenpeace.org/international/story/13209/13209/] and [Search Results|https://dev.p4.greenpeace.org/international/?s=&orderby=relevant&f%5Bctype%5D%5BAction%5D=0].
