Should have Seems like this issue was caused by PLANET-1996 where the happy point iFrame loads only when user scrolls down to block. But in the scenario where the screen is bigger and the block is visible without having to scroll down, the iframe never loads.
It is a bit tricky to reproduce this, since it is not reproducible in a small laptop screen, I can only see it in a bigger screen where the whole page is visible, see attachment "HappyPoint_BigScreen.png".
